TSP Sales Orders privacy policy

TSP Sales Orders is a proof-of-concept application operated by Resetrix Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202504439G), a company registered in Singapore ("we", "us"). It demonstrates how sales-order requests received by email and WhatsApp can be captured, reviewed and prepared for an order system. This policy explains what the application does with information sent to it.
What this application is for
The application is used only for demonstration and evaluation. It is not a public service and does not take real orders. Demonstrations use fictional sample data.
Information we receive
When someone sends a WhatsApp message to the demonstration business number, we receive:
- the sender's WhatsApp phone number and profile name;
- the message content, including text, images and documents;
- message metadata such as timestamps, message IDs and delivery status.
We do not use Facebook Login, collect payment details, or receive information about people who have not messaged the demonstration number.
How we use it
- to capture the message as a sales-order request and show it to a reviewer;
- to extract order details for human review;
- to send replies and delivery updates to the sender over WhatsApp;
- to test, secure and fix the application.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the application, such as Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) and our hosting provider.
Where it is stored and for how long
Information is processed in Singapore. We keep it only as long as needed for the demonstration or evaluation it was sent for, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
You can stop sending messages at any time. Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012, you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Contact us using the details below and we will reply within 30 days.
Data deletion
To have your messages and related data deleted, email us from the address you want to be identified by, or include the WhatsApp number you messaged from. We will confirm once the deletion is complete.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the application's use of personal data changes, and revise the "Last updated" date.
